 Job Purpose:  Custodian of Cash 

Principal Accountabilities:

• Maintain custody of Cash collected from BU sales activities in accordance to corporate finance procedures and guidelines to avoid any theft.
  
• Report on observations regarding the risks noted in the location/outlet to ensure risky matters are highlighted and acted upon.
• Perform customer settlement (application) in system in accordance to supporting documentation to ensure that the system is updated and is a good reflection of the customer status.
• Receive payment by cash,  and credit card from customers according to corporate finance policies and give receipt to customers to process the sales transaction.
• Handover the cash and to the cash collector of the corporate finance office to deposit in the bank.
• Maintain the Petty Cash and ensure that cash on hand and bills is equal to the petty cash balance and that petty cash bills are within the limits and fully supported in accordance to group policy all for the purpose of supporting ongoing operations.
• Generate receipts in customer accounts based on supporting documents and payment to ensure transaction is adequately supported.
• Carry on special assignments based on senior accountants directives in relation to accounts.
• Prepare daily cash report with all details and cash on hand for control purposes.

Minimum Requirement:

• Knowledge in Microsoft Office 
• Knowledge in Arabic and English writing and reading.

   Job Purpose:

   
  The Job holder is accountable to carry out the required electrical and electronic jobs under supervision
   
  Principal Accountabilities:
  • Servicing and repairing electrical/electronic systems of vehicles.
  • Perform trouble shooting for electrical & ,\\/C systems.
  • Digital Scan tools and troubleshooting usage skills.
  • Checking and testing the electrical components of vehicles.
  • Conducting regular check-ups on vehicles after completion of service.
  • Work in a variety environmental condIt1on including hot, cold, damp weather with exposure to noise or dust.
  • Repairs or replaces electrical wiring, batteries, alternators, generators, starter motors & other items.
  • Rebuild and/or replace and maintain large and small electric motors.
  • Maintain lighting and other electrical ( systems/equipment\'s) of the company when requested.
  • Attend and pass all technical and non technical training sessions assigned by division/principal
  • Perform and follow up all works within safety procedures.
  • Implement SS policy and other work standard procedures.
  Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum experience 3-5 years in similar field
  • Technical School graduate /Technical Diploma or equivalent in auto electrical/electronics
  • Ability to use scan tool in diagnosing and trouble shooting
  • Ability to read and use wiring diagrams and service manuals.
  • English Language Speak/read/write is a must
